What we do and how we can help you

Our Business Development team is ready to support you with your business and training needs.

• We work with a wide range of employer partners across apprenticeships, T-Levels, industry placements and other training provisions.
• We offer dedicated account management with a single point of contact to ensure a genuinely customer-focused approach.
• We ensure employers and stakeholder partners work together to deliver best practice.
• We regularly engage with wider stakeholders, such as the Chamber of Commerce, to champion New College Swindon’s provision.
• FREE recruitment service.
• Industry-specific guest speakers.
• Corporate sponsorship opportunities, events management and employer charter.

Employability

What we do and how we can help you

• We build sustainable working relationships with employers to offer our students a wide range of employability opportunities.
• We work with students and parents to offer advice and guidance on finding successful work experience placements and support them throughout the process.
• We identify employers who will support work experience and T Level students for those who are unable to find their own placement.
• Each curriculum area is supported by a specific member of the team, offering bespoke workshops, employability fairs, virtual and in person work experience placements, mock interviews and employer talks.
• We ensure all work experience placements are safe and adhere to HSE regulations, DBS referrals and visits as required.
• We attend a variety of networking events throughout the year.
