Want the university experience without moving away from your support system? We have partnered with local housing companies that offer safe, reliable housing for students in Swindon who want to study towards a degree with us.

How does it work?

When you apply for one of our courses, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining the next steps in your journey. The email will include a link to accommodation options. Registration opens in April. We recommend registering as soon as possible, as rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The accommodation providers listed are independent organisations and are not owned, managed, or supervised by New College Swindon University Centre. Students enter into agreements directly with the accommodation provider. New College Swindon University Centre does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of accommodation and recommends that students undertake their own checks before entering into any agreement.

How much will it be?

The cost of rent depends on the property you have requested. Your utilities, Wi-Fi, and council tax will be included in this cost. You can apply for a Maintenance Loan to help with living costs, which includes accommodation.
