Football Academy Coach

Rich began his coaching career in 2012 and has been working with the New College Football Academy since 2020, taking over as Head Coach in 2023. Rich has also served as a lecturer for 8 years, teaching on Sport and Protective Services courses.  

Rich’s career includes a role as an opposition analyst for Swindon Town FC during the 23/24 season, where he gained deep insights into game strategies and opposition tactics. Additionally, he has extensive experience coaching Men’s football.  

Rich holds a UEFA B coaching license, demonstrating his advanced coaching skills and commitment to professional growth. Rich is also currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Sport Science, which enhances his innovative and evidence-based approach to coaching.
