Booking and Payment Terms

• Minimum course fee to qualify: £65.00

For courses costing £65.00 > £99.00

• Minimum deposit of 50% of the course fee, followed by one further payment.

For courses costing £100.00 > £149.00

• Minimum deposit of £50.00, plus two further instalments

For courses costing £150.00 or more

• Minimum deposit of one third of the total cost of the course, followed by two further equal instalments

Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the start of the course

• Your place on the course and your deposit is at risk if you fail to make your subsequent instalment payments by the agreed dates and your full payment fourteen days before the start of the course.
• Your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your place.
• If you fail to make full payment and do not attend the course, your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be received at least fifteen or more calendar days before the start of the course.
• Your deposit is at risk if you cancel with fourteen days or less notice.
• Your deposit will only be refunded if your place on the course is able to be re-sold.

A minimum number of students are needed for each course to run. Where this is not achieved we will contact you to advise that the course will have to be cancelled. We try to give a week's notice where possible.
