Welcome from our Principal and CEO

We are delighted that you have decided to join us as a student here at New College Swindon. To make sure you have a smooth start, it is important to get ahead. So, we have a few things for you to do now, that will help get you set-up and ready to hit the ground running in September.

On this page you will find resources to support you throughout your enrolment journey and links to your summer project(s).

FAQ’s

I have missed my appointment can I come in later today?

No, you will need to rebook your appointment.  Please email enrolment@newcollege.ac.uk

I can’t make my appointment today can I attend tomorrow?

No, you will need to rebook your appointment.  Please email enrolment@newcollege.ac.uk

I haven’t received an appointment for enrolment what do I do?

Please email enrolment@newcollege.ac.uk to clarify.  You may be asked to make an appointment to come in to discuss.

I want to change my course choices, how can I do this?

Please book and attend your enrolment appointment at the site the course you wish to study is taught at. The liaison team or lecturers will discuss changing your courses with you after checking your GCSE results.

I don’t have the correct entry requirements for my course, what do I do?

Please book and attend your enrolment appointment, we will be able to discuss your options with you.

I haven’t applied to New College Swindon yet, what do I do?

Apply online, once we have received your application, we will be in contact to arrange an interview with a member of staff. We will not be able to interview ‘walk ins’ so please do not attend the college unless you have an appointment booked.

I applied to New College Swindon but withdrew my application, I have now changed my mind and would like to enrol.

Email enrolment@newcollege.ac.uk giving your name and date of birth and your student number if you know it.  We will be able to advise when we will be able to see you.

When will I receive my timetable?

You will able to access your timetable on the Learner Hub later on in the summer.  You will be told more about this at your welcome day.
