Apprenticeships are a cost-effective means of delivering industry training to both new and existing employees , with a proven track record of increasing employee retention, productivity, and reducing the skills gap.
Team Leaders/Supervisors are front-line managers and can have the single largest impact on an organisation. A good (or bad) manager can significantly affect employee performance and satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, and turnover. Training capable staff for future leadership and management roles means that when more senior roles becomes available there are already suitable candidate ready for promotion. This also allows organisations to save time and money on advertising vacancies and the application/interview process.
