Team Leading/Management Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Queens Drive Campus
Team Leaders/Supervisors are front-line managers and can have the single largest impact on an organisation. A good (or bad) manager can significantly affect employee performance and satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, and turnover. Training capable staff for future leadership and management roles means that when more senior roles becomes available there are already suitable candidate ready for promotion. This also allows organisations to save time and money on advertising vacancies and the application/interview process.

Specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.
