Housing Apprenticeship (Level 3)

The cost of an apprenticeship programme is funded by the employer and/or through government funding. Apprentices do not financially contribute towards the cost of their training.

For individuals wanting a career in the Housing sector. Working in a customer facing role and being responsible for the administrative work required to support sustaining and creating successful tenancies and leaseholds in both private and public sectors. Learning the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be able to successfully undertake general housing/property management duties. Responsibilities in sustaining and creating successful leaseholds in both private and public sectors. Some level 3 apprentices may also have supervisory responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

Apprentices must be employed within a relevant job role to undertake the programme. Employers will set entry criteria for their apprenticeship vacancies. If you do not already hold a minimum GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths or equivalent you will be required to study functional skills in these areas as part of your apprenticeship.

Assessment/Exam Information

Apprentices will be required to undertake an End Point Assessment which will consist of a knowledge assessment, practical task(s) and interview.

Progression on to a specialist construction area apprenticeship or higher level employment opportunities.
