For those looking to train as an Installation Electrician. The apprentice would learn to install electrical systems in industrial, commercial and domestic settings. Apprentices will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve the Level 3 Electrotechnical Installation Qualification.
Apprentices must be employed within a relevant job role to undertake the programme. Employers will set entry criteria for their apprenticeship vacancies. If you do not already hold a minimum GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths or equivalent you will be required to study functional skills in these areas as part of your apprenticeship.
Apprentices will be required to undertake an End Point Assessment which will consist of a synoptic practical/knowledge assessment.
