Who is the course for?
This course is ideal for those individuals who want to learn new or improve their current Digital Skills. This course is tailored around using technology such as smart phones, pcs and being able to understand digital jargon.
The course is divided into five units:
1. Using Teams / Zoom effectively
2. Protecting yourself online and using two factor authentication
3. Setting up a Smart Phone
4. Navigating a Smart Phone
5. Protecting your device
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements at this level. This course is designed for beginners therefore previous
areas will be assessed on the course – but not taught.
Qualification
A certification of participation will be presented by Nationwide Building Society and New College Swindon upon successful completion of the course.
