About the course

This course is designed for the complete beginner or those who have very limited knowledge of ballet. No previous dance experience is required. Ballet helps build core strength, lengthen and strengthen muscles whilst improving posture, balance, flexibility and overall body alignment. You will receive training and an understanding of ballet technique including basic positions, arm lines and exercises as an introduction to the art of Ballet as a pleasurable, versatile type of exercise.

Entry requirements

N/A – you will be required to complete a Physical Activity Checklist before starting exercise.

What additional resources will I need?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and ballet shoes, if at all possible but not essential.

Fees information

£80.00 for 8- weeks courses.
