An Accounts/Finance Assistant is an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business. The apprenticeship programmes support this and serves as a progression pathway to the required qualification at level 2and above for registration and regulatory requirements in the sector.
An internationally recognised qualification, AAT is the go to route for those looking to start an accounting career. This qualification ensures learners are work ready for this vital and in demand role.

Programme Requirements
Must have 3 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grades 9-4 (A*-C) Apprentices without Level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level and taken the test for level 2 prior to taking their end point assessment. We do have to make sure that the Apprentice has the potential to achieve the different elements that make up the apprenticeship qualification and that they are working at the right level in their job. It will be a requirement to complete an initial assessment in Maths and English and this may lead to taking some additional diagnostic assessments and skill exams.
