Team Leading/Management Level 3 Apprenticeship

Team Leading/Management Level 3 Apprenticeship

Team Leaders/Supervisors are front-line managers and can have the single largest impact on an organisation. A good (or bad) manager can significantly affect employee performance and satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, and turnover.

This apprenticeship provides training for capable staff, already working in different roles – but who have the potential to take on future leadership and management positions. This means that when more senior roles become available, there are already suitable candidate ready for promotion. This allows organisations to save time and money on advertising vacancies, while also supporting in-house talent and progression.
