Security & Safety Mandatory Training

This course has been specifically designed to allow learners to develop their knowledge of safety and security in a health and social care environment. The course is intended for those who work, or plan to work, with patients or clients in a health and social care setting, such as: hospitals, care homes and day care centres. During this comprehensive course, learners will cover a variety of topics: Information Governance Stress Awareness Counter Fraud Conflict Resolution Complaints
