You must be at least 17 and have achieved a Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification or GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. You will also need some industry experience and a genuine desire to pursue a career within the sector.
Successfully completing this course will enable you to progress into the hospitality industry as a Junior Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef or Head Chef. This is an exciting time for the sector, with many career opportunities on offer.
During this course you will take part in a variety of work experience and other activities to help you develop employability skills. This hands-on learning will prepare you for an exciting career in the industry.
