You will need English and maths GCSE at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) and the Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing.
This qualification will prepare you for a plumbing apprenticeship - which will fully qualify you to work as a plumbing and domestic heating engineer. Once qualified, you can undertake further courses to enhance your professional knowledge and practice, such as environmental technology systems and designing and planning complex water systems.
This is a practical training course, which will prepare you for employment in the industry or specialist further study. As part of your programme, employers will provide demonstrations, talks and, where possible, work placements.
You will need to bring your own safety boots and hi-vis jacket. You will also need to buy a textbook and supply your own stationery.
