NCFE Understanding Safeguarding for Work, Education and Life Level 2

NCFE Understanding Safeguarding for Work, Education and Life Level 2

Our courses enable you to boost your career with a nationally recognised qualification even if you don’t have the time to attend training sessions. You will work your way through the qualification submitting work every 2 weeks, achieving within approximately three months.

Official data showed that over 7,500 people were referred to the Prevent programme in 2015/16.

The purpose of this qualification is to support anyone who is responsible for the safeguarding of people and for helping prevent radicalisation. It gives learners an understanding of recognising the signs of abuse, how to reduce the risk of radicalisation and the potential consequences of illegal online activity.

This course is ideal if you are local to Swindon, new or returning to learning and can be offered via a workbook option with one-to-one support from a tutor.
