4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above (including Maths and English Language) – or GCSE equivalent qualifications.
This qualification supports progression to T Level (Level 3) programmes in Management & Administration or Finance, Apprenticeships in Business, Finance, or Administration or further study courses related to business, marketing, and customer service
You will complete 70 hours of work experience (35 hours face-to-face and 35 hours online). New College Swindon’s Careers and Employability team will support you in finding placements, though securing your own opportunity is encouraged. You will also take part in a range of visits, such as to financial services, retail, hospitality, logistics, and leisure sectors, giving valuable insight into how different industries operate.
Optional trips and visits may entail a cost for participation.
