You may wish to access the Advanced Learner Loan where the Government cover the course fees, only repayable when you are earning over £27,295. Find more information about the Advanced Learner Loan on the Government website. Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks.

In addition, your Access Diploma will be free if you go on to complete a higher education course!*
Student Finance England will write off any outstanding Advanced Learner Loan balances you owe for an Access to HE course, once you complete a Higher Education course. This means you don’t have to repay it.
* The Higher Education course must be eligible for student finance.
