Equality and Diversity

Equality and Diversity

Our courses enable you to boost your career with a nationally recognised qualification even if you don’t have the time to attend training sessions. You will work your way through the qualification submitting work every 2 weeks, achieving within approximately three months.

In 2015/16, there were 62,518 offences recorded by the police in England and Wales in which hate crimes were deemed to be a motivating factor.

This qualification promotes social awareness and good practice of equality and diversity within a community, at work, at home and in society in general. Whether you would like to strengthen your own knowledge, or become more socially aware, this course is perfect for you.

This course can be studied purely on-line and is ideal for those who are happy to work independently using our fully supported online learning platform. For those local to Swindon, are returning to learning and would prefer to receive one-to-one support from a tutor, we offer a workbook option.

The course is split into three manageable units:

  • Equality and diversity in society

  • Equality and diversity in the community

  • Equality and diversity in the workplace
