Enteral Feeding

This course looks at the anatomy and physiology around the use of PEG and NG tubes. It will cover the management of the tubes on an ongoing basis.

This course can be tailored to meet the needs of the employer around the care of PEG and NG tubes. It can include insertion of NG if required.

Entry requirements

This qualification can be a refresher or standalone clinical skill or part of a range of skills being undertaken. You can enrol on several clinical skills courses, Part Time courses or Full-time courses such as the Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care or BSc Professional Development in Health and Social Care.

Future career and study opportunities

To be a registered Healthcare Professional or be in a role that you will be undertaking this clinical skill.
