Engineering Manufacturing Technician Level 4 Apprenticeship

Manufacturing Engineers help to bring design programmes into manufacture. This role is vital for the smooth delivery of exciting new products. You will learn advanced manufacturing techniques and the project management skills required to launch products on time, on cost and to the right quality. As a manufacturing engineers, you will work closely with a range of other engineers and managers, both within their own company and their supplier base.

Entry requirements

Employers will set their own requirements for their apprentices. However, you will typically be expected to have five GCSEs at Grades 9-5 including Maths (Grade 5), English, Science and in a technology or engineering-related subject.

You will also need to have 90+ credits in an Engineering BTEC at Level 3, or 3 A Levels including Maths and English. You will also have a tutor interview.
