Transform the Future as an Early Years Educator

Dive into the heart of childhood development in this enriching 18-month apprenticeship. As an Early Years Educator, you'll be the cornerstone of young learners' early experiences, fostering their growth, health, and safety. Your journey will be filled with the joy of guiding children through play-based learning, nurturing their numeracy, language, and social skills. Beyond education, you'll meet their individual care needs, ensuring every child feels supported and valued.

Balance your week with practical, hands-on experience and structured learning at college, all while being supported by monthly professional observations and regular reviews. Culminate your apprenticeship with an End Point Assessment, showcasing your mastery through tests, observations, and a professional review. Embark on this journey to shape futures and make a lasting impact in the early years of children’s lives.
