Routes to a Career (Vocational Carousel)

Suitable for you if you are working at Entry Level 3 or at Level 1 but not sure of your future career path. You can try different vocational areas including: Art; Animal Care; Bricklaying; Business Studies; Carpentry; Catering; Childcare; Enterprise; Hair and Beauty; Horticulture; Hospitality; IT

Fundamentals; Office Skills; Painting and Decorating; Sport. If you have not yet achieved grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English you will continue to study these areas. On completion, you can progress to a Level 1 Career Start programme.

Future career and study opportunities

On completion of this programme the next step would be a Level 2 programme.

Work experience/Careers Extra

Students are required to complete 35 hours of work experience whilst on the programme
