Chef de Partie Level 3 Apprenticeship

This apprentice is for individuals who want to enhance their culinary skills and build on their professional cookery experience. You will need the ability to work independently, as well as leading a team in a busy and challenging kitchen environment. You will produce quality food in high volumes and will learn methodical organisation skills.

You will be required to undertake an End Point Assessment, which will consist of an on demand test, practical observation, culinary challenge observation and a professional discussion.

Entry requirements

You must be employed within a relevant job role to undertake the programme. Employers offer apprenticeship vacancies and will set the entry requirements.

If you do not already hold a minimum GCSE grade 4 in English and Maths (or equivalent) you will be required to study functional skills in these areas as part of your apprenticeship.

Future career and study opportunities

You will be able to progress onto a higher level job role or a degree level apprenticeship/qualification – leading to a successful career in this exciting industry.
