Training Co-ordinator

Over the last 20 years I have gained a wealth of skills and knowledge whilst working within the public sector. I began working in adult social care to support people to live independently. I then moved in to areas where I managed projects, designed and delivered training & development events, supported inspections and audits as well as implementing new case management systems to support teams working within adults and children’s social care.

My role within the Apprenticeship Team has helped shape and deliver additional support services to our Apprentices and their employers, who require that extra support with various personal or professional needs, ensuring a successful completion to their apprenticeship for all stakeholders.
