Traineeships

Aged 16-24? Step into the workplace

We’re giving local young people the opportunity to undertake a traineeship with employers across Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Although traineeships are unpaid, you will have the opportunity to gain work experience then move onto paid employment or an Apprenticeship. Dependant on the employer, your transport may be covered and you may be given a lunch allowance during your Traineeship.

If you are still unsure about your career path use the traineeship programme to trial some different areas. Get a feel for what you might want to do before fully committing to a full-time paid job.

Additionally, we will help you complete your Maths, English and ICT as well as any industry-specific training.
