This is a specialist short course award, for anyone wishing to develop their skills and experience of volunteering, and gain a qualification.

If you are already a volunteer, or want to start volunteering, this course is a great opportunity to build up a portfolio of your volunteering, which you can take to show at interviews.

• The regulations that may apply to you if you are a volunteer
• The skills required to be a successful volunteer
