She has built relationship across business and frequently works outside our team to complete tasks for members of our exec team and CEO with a can-do attitude. She has developed a reputation as someone who can be relied upon to help with complex issues and approached regularly by senior leaders for her help. Jodie has shown great flexibility in being able to turn her hand to any new challenge. She has found a number of different ways we could improve our processes and has developed tools to automate many calculations."
Thomas Fulton - Highly Commended
"Tommy has constantly put himself forward for a variety of projects which has helped him network really well and build great relationships. He has been involved in: a communications piece for National Apprenticeship Week; representing us at the STEAM Careers where he was really engaging and proactive; leading on an upcoming open day where business students from his school will be coming in for a mini induction and introduction to the workplace. He has a lot of enthusiasm and high aspirations and has been on a number of rotations in different area of the business."
Outstanding Achievement in a Project/Task
Victoria Whiteley - WINNER
Digital Marketing Level 3
"Victoria supported us heavily with the launch of a bi-monthly customer newsletter, called B News. This included the planning, creation, communication, delivery of the newsletter and measurement. As a result of the success of the first newsletter, Victoria is the main lead with this project and I'm confident that, with support, she will develop and establish them as a recognised company newsletter. She has the capacity to learn quickly and is keen to seek out answers and learn new skills - she took B news very much in her stride and required minimal support from her line manager for the second issue because she applied her learnings from the first edition."
Robbie Climance - Highly Commended
Digital Marketing Level 3
"Robbie has been involved in many client campaigns during his initial time here; two particular clients have provided excellent feedback and appreciation in terms of the design and creativity of the work he has produced. Robbie demonstrated that he can interpret client demand into digital graphic illustration, which will represent the client's company effectively across social media platforms and websites. Robbie is a very mature and professional young man, who has moulded into the team with ease. He is focused and demonstrates excellent ability to develop further skills. He has also spoken proved he can clearly explain campaign detail to a client, demonstrating his understanding of the tasks/project in hand. Robbie deserves this award has he has demonstrated commendable qualities for an Apprentice."
Assessors' Choice Learning Award
Chelsea-May Warman - WINNER
"Chelsea came to the apprenticeship with self-doubt and anxiety but persevered with her course and has grown into a model apprentice. Her interaction with the children is good and I can see that she uses feedback to develop her practice. Chelsea's written work is handed in on time, appropriate, shows her working knowledge and is referenced. Chelsea's strength is with the babies where her room leader comments on her use of initiative and interaction with them."
