If you are based within a Swindon or neighbouring school, chances are that you may already know our Schools Liaison team. We work in partnership with a variety of schools, Connexions and other agencies, as well as Swindon Borough Council. Our role is to make sure that your pupils know what their education options are before they have reached Year 11, and to provide the essential information, advice and guidance that they need to make the right decision.

Increasingly, we find that schools further and further outside Swindon are sending students to New College, and we’re more than happy to develop links with any school that is interested in finding out more.

So what can we offer? We offer a range of visits, activities, workshops, presentations and Talk 'n Tours which can take place in school or College. These can cover anything - generic or subject specific. We run College Experience Days for Year 10 students in the summer each year, usually in July, as well as our main School Leaver Open Evenings in November and February of each academic year.

We offer special courses for able 14-16 year old students. Art and Textiles, Dance, Law, Maths, French, Music Technology, Science and Web Design are all available in our after-school programme.
