The Sports Centre contains a fitness suite and contemporary sports hall catering for multiple sports on a sprung floor. In addition to the sport and fitness related components, four seminar rooms are situated on the first floor.

The Fitness Suite has a wide variety of modern LifeFitness cardiovascular equipment that will help improve stamina and weight loss as well as weight resistance machines that help tone and define muscle. There is a large selection of free weights and more.

Full air-conditioning, subtitled TV's and DAB digital music radio in the background, it offers clean, bright and friendly surroundings providing the perfect environment for your workout.

The Fitness Suite caters for individuals, from beginner or sports enthusiast. Whatever your reason for exercising, qualified instructors are available to help achieve your goal.

Our qualified instructors can prepare a range of fitness programmes as well as providing personal training where you will receive full guidance on how to best pursue your individual health and fitness goals all FREE and inclusive with your monthly membership.
