How do I find New College?

New College is 2 miles from Junction 15 of the M4, and a short journey from Swindon town centre and train station. The College is served by major bus routes.

Where is the nearest car park?

There is a large, free car park on site, with accessible parking spaces for disabled visitors. There are also spaces for bicycles and motorbikes.

How many people can you accommodate?

A range of different sized rooms is available, suitable for any number of delegates. The Phoenix Theatre can be adapted to suit the size of your event, from 30 delegates up to a maximum of 250.

Smaller events, workshops and break-out groups are held in our classrooms, each of which can accommodate up to 25 people.

What facilities do you have for people with disabilities?

We aim to meet individual requirements of all users. There is a hearing loop in the Phoenix Theatre and in reception. Portable auxiliary aids are available for other users. The buildings have automatic doors and wheelchair access. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Can you provide catering?

Our on-site caterers Chartwells can supply a range of refreshments and buffet lunches to meet any budget. For more information, call David on 01793 732899 to discuss your requirements.

What technical support is available?

Technicians are available to provide sound and light services for theatrical performances. The recording studio comes complete with a sound engineer, and IT support is provided for all computer room bookings.

What about availability?

Facilities are available for use throughout the year mainly during evenings, weekends and holiday periods. There is limited availability during term-times 9-6pm. Please call us on 01793 732899 to check your requirements.

Are any other facilities available?

Photocopying, fax and email services are available and TV/Audio/AV equipment is also available to hire.

How do I pay and when will I be invoiced?

For bookings under £1000, we usually invoice you the full cost of the booking in retrospect at the start of the month after your booking takes place. For bookings, over £1000, we may ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card or cheque.

If you are a repeat customer, we can discuss your invoicing requirements and arrive at a mutual agreement.
