In August 2011, New College opened its doors to a brand new £10 million Annexe.

In addition to the many facilities already available, the four-storey Annexe boasts a variety of rooms suitable for an array of business events available daytime, evening & weekends.

From the 120 capacity Business Suite based in our Business Centre to the selection of 28 capacity Training Rooms used by our Higher Education Adult learners, you can be sure to find a professional & relaxed environment far away from the hustle & bustle that is often associated with a Further Education college.

Fast Forward (the Business Services Division of New College) has found a new, purpose built home on the first floor of the Annexe. The Business Centre functions as a networking & training environment that includes meeting rooms to seat up to 8, Training Rooms to seat up to 28 delegates, an ICT Training Suite with 12 learner stations plus trainer & the 120 capacity Business Suite.

The new Business Suite is fitted with 2x data projector/whiteboard with sound allowing the hirer to plug in a laptop and begin with the minimum of setup. The 2 data projectors & 2 sets of speakers can be used simultaneously or individually to your requirements. With adaptable/removable seating, this space can be set up in any number of formats for your event.

The Business Suite's lobby is the perfect setup for pre-event registration, post-event networking & allows catering to be conveniently set up without disruption to you or your delegates. With stairs, lift, WC & breakout rooms very close, the first floor Business Suite is the ideal location for any business event up to a maximum of 120 delegates. For larger events, our Phoenix Theatre has a maximum seated capacity of 220.
